Executive Retreats Built Around Communication Under Pressure. 

I run small executive retreats for senior professionals who work in English as a second language.

Currently, I'm offering four nights at a private finca in Mallorca, 15 to 19 November 2026, limited to twelve places and co-led with Marco Pasini of Emotional Insourcing. The work is based around presenting, pitching, difficult conversations, and leading meetings.

This topic rarely gets covered and, yet, we are all leading meetings. We will arm you with everything you need to deliver well and with full confidence.

A Small Group by Application 

We keep the retreats intimate and the application process in place to ensure high quality results.

Every place is confirmed personally before it is offered. We review fit before anyone is accepted, then run a short intake round so the retreat opens on your real situations rather than warm-up exercises. The fee is €7,500 for November's founder round and covers everything except your travel. In 2027, the price will rise to €10,000.
